About Us
The International Network of Christian Leaders is a dream
come true for Bishop Alex Tana. A minister for the past 22
years and a Christian for the past 25 years he is the
founder and current director (General Overseer) of Rivers
of Joy Ministries, a fast growing worldwide ministry with
churches in many parts of the world. Many years ago he
had the "dream" to bring together Christian leaders from
different churches and ministries so that together we
could indeed bring together the body of Christ, build
positive relationships and encourage and support one
another. The I.N.C.L. is not a covering over your
church/ministry (see at Rivers of Joy for this) but it is an
organisation where we are all equally standing for the
building of the Kingdom of God and the support, whether
in advice or prayer or encouragement or practical, of one
another. As Christian leaders we know that the enemy has
an agenda against us. The I.N.C.L. is the answer! The
Bible says very clearly that divided we fall but together
we stand. It also says that one can defeat a thousand but
even two, united in prayer and action, can defeat ten
thousand. And that is why the International Network of
Christian Leaders was created and exists.
